Life is full of adventure, in our outer experiences and our internal journeys. This recognition was the start of Wild Within Coaching. Emily has over 1000 days of guiding folks in the wilderness, each day is full of opportunities for personal insights, clarity, and breakthroughs.

Water Based Journey:
4 days of wilderness travel on Slocan Lake with personal reflection and transformative group processes!
In partnership with Elements Adventure Company!
In addition to covering the most relevant material from our level 1 and 2 tandem flatwater courses, we will focus on transformative processes, meaningful group discussions and offer a variety of other self-care and self-exploration practices, all while traveling for 4 days and camping on the shores of Slocan Lake!

Wild Within Coaching was founded on the vision of providing opportunities for intentional outdoor adventures and integrating our peak experiences into our daily lives.
Emily, the coach and founder at Wild Within, has over a decade of experience leading groups on wilderness expedition and teaching courses. While working in Alaska at a wilderness therapy program she really learned the therapeutic power of the coaching scope, in focusing on the present experience and the action to take moving into the future. While exploring her own life balance and injury prevention she studied in Rishikesh, India to become a yoga teacher, explored tools in a certification of Applied Positive Psychology, and eventually through coaching certification programs with iPEC and Yoga Health Coaching. The integration of these tools in wilderness expeditions has been the guiding force to Emily’s passion and career, there is so much excitement to take this to the next level.
