The Q1 Option

I’ve been on both a push and a search this month. A push to move into new territory of enrolling folks to work with me for a year, and a search of what that means and the big “why”. What an incredibly fascinating journey it has been, waves of both excitement and uncertainty have been crashing. It’s how I feel about a lot of things in the world right now, both recognizing the uncertainty and excited that things are shifting and moving and change feels more possible.

The result? A lot of different ideas, different strategies, different attempts at getting more clear, all while offering the chance to enroll - sorry if this has been confusing, and thanks for coming along on the ride anyways. From all these conversations and the feedback received, I have a new idea, and this one feels more in-sync with the variations in my life, perhaps it will feel that way for you too!

Introducing the Q1 Option!!!

Meaning ‘quarter 1’ or three months of the year, rather than the whole year. Aimed at those that feel that a shorter timeframe serves them better right now. A lot can happen in three months, in a season, dedicated toward deep self care, healing, and working toward a more aligned future. You can read more about my experience of working the habits for a few months here, where I started to sink into deeper rest, aligning choices with my body to thrive, and getting excited for the potentiality of life.

What it is:

  • Community and Connection - above all else, this is an awesome chance to connect to your unique self within a supportive and dynamic community. You choose what teaching to lean into, what support to ask for, and how to make this experience the most it can be from what is offered to you.

  • Coaching and Individual Support - We each have our own unique make up, schedule, circumstances, and life purpose. Receive individual support and coaching to break through what is blocking you as evolve your identity.

  • Teachings of the most keystone habits from Cate Stillman’s 10 simple habits of Ayurveda, distilled into a 4 week flow that offers great value. Focusing on understanding the “dosha clock” or the different energies of the day and how our lives shift with our alignment of habits to these energies.

    • Week 1 - Pitta Energy Focus - Fire element, look at what drives us forward by articulating our “why” for this round, learning about how our digestive fire increases at the pitta time of day, how we can align our meal choices to this understanding, and how digestion influences emotional stability and mental clarity.

    • Week 2 - Kapha Energy Focus - Settling energy of the evening, look into embracing this momentum with our evening routine to set ourselves up for deep and restful sleep.

    • Week 3 - Vata Energy Focus - The expansive, creative, and magical energy of the early morning. Consider why Yogis regard this pre-dawn time of day as sacred and develop our morning routine to start the day right, in a way that works for each individual.

    • Week 4 - Deepening our connection - In Cate’s Book ‘Body Thrive’ she writes of 7 other habits that deepen our connection and knowledge of ourselves. We will explore what habits support this connection and reflect on what we have learned and experienced this month, and how to move forward with our habits for consistent progress forward.

Why three rounds? With each iteration of these keystone practices we are able to go deeper. Likely in the first month it will feel foreign and knowledge heavy, possibly facing resistance to change. We sink deeper in the second month and find some highlights of success in shifting our habits and benefiting from this change and even start to wonder - how else can I open up space in my life? The third month we are able to feel that we are attuning to ourselves, really tailoring these habits to you and your schedule at this time.
